It's time to vote for spring book club titles! Head to our page and hit the polls.
Oh, and be sure you're registered to vote for bigger things, too.
We're hosting a book club breakfast at the RVA Poetry Fest on April 11th at 10am, you can sign up here if you'd like to volunteer to bring food!
Our spring social is at Stony Point! Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 4th, 2-6pm and RSVP here.

Looking Ahead
Upcoming This Month:
We have the honor of being featured in a project documentary by a few VCU students. If you've noticed some kids with big cameras and lights at our events recently, don't be alarmed and pretend that they aren't there! Part of their project is testimonials and interviews, so if you're willing and able to be interviewed this Sunday, March 8th, please sign up here.
In the Coming Season:
Book club breakfast at the RVA Poetry Fest on April 11th (sign up to bring food here) and a book club at the VisArts center, discussing Room Swept Home (RSVP here).
Our Spring Social will be on April 4th at Stony Point Fashion Park and we will need a few volunteers to staff the games! You can RSVP to attend and even sign up to volunteer on the bookclubs app event page. We'll be joined by the Fredericksburg-based mobile bookstore TBR Shelf, so go ahead and set aside some spending money for books that day.
Ideas and Updates:
I'm envisioning another game night for the release of the new Dungeon Crawler Carl book in May... anyone interested?
New Sunday evening spot for the writers group! We'll be at Coco + Hazel at 5pm for the foreseeable future for our collaborative coworking. No changes for now to our Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
Get Involved:
I'd suggest filling out our members form, checking out our social media group chats, and reading more about our community on our website and by reading our FAQs. I'm always learning more about how to make our events more easily searchable and understood, so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask by emailing us at rvareaders@gmail.com.
Much love to all,
Breelyn
